The International Cooking Training Course allows students to acquire all the recipes related to Egyptian, Italian, Mexican, Chinese and American fast food from varying from sandwiches, salads, appetizers, pastas and main courses.
Upon the completion of the International Cooking Training Course, the student attains an accredited certification from the Ministry of Education.
Oriental Cooking Training Course
The Oriental Cooking Training Course will help students acquire all the skills related in the making of Lebanese food such as: Mlokhiyeh, Bamiyeh, Loubiyeh, Warak Inab, Moghrabiyeh, Grilled Food, Lebanese Appetizers, Rice and Chicken Lamb etc…
Upon the completion of the Oriental Cooking Training Course, the student attains an accredited certification from the Ministry of Education.

This course will enable the trainees to work in professional oriental sweets department and even open their own oriental sweet store.
Upon the completion of the Oriental Sweets Training Course, the student attains an accredited certification in Oriental Sweets from the Ministry of Education.
By the end of this course, the trainee will acquire all the skills related in making pastries, bread and baked goods. This course will enable the trainees to work in professional pastry departments and even open their own bakery.
Upon the completion of the Pastry Training Course, the student attains an accredited certification from the Ministry of Education.
